Limited Scope Retainers
Limited scope retainers are a tool under which the firm can offer certain specialized tasks to our clients as a way to assist them without having to receive a full retainer. For example, if a client requires a separation agreement only, without a full-blown divorce, we can offer that to them for a fixed price. This can be modified if required to to allow for more services if necessary. This allows us to assist persons who might otherwise be self-represented, to potentially reduce the cost of services to the client, and to allow the firm to provide certain more defined services. Please ask about this option when you make your appointment.
